Element: None. Though strong enough blows (B and higher) can cause enough power to cause ruptures in the air which signify bursts which unleash enormous pressure through striking force, if that's an element then yeah.
Description: The reverse of the God Leg/High-Speed. Extreme Strength focuses on giving the user super strength which grows as the user becomes stronger, capable of lifting enormous weights and striking with "megaton" power. The power has the properties of empowering the arms instead of the legs giving the user the power to strike with overwhelming physical power. As one becomes stronger they can strike with such massive energies that they cause ruptures on the impact points of their fist causing huge blasts of pressure creating miniature, clear explosions on contact that enhance the impact power; create large craters upon impact, cause tremors, even strike hard enough that steel and other highly dense materials aren't so difficult to break! It's a simple magic, yet very versatile and in the right hands, very powerful.

Hmm this magic, to me seems like a buffing magic, allowing you to become stronger in certain situations. Although you mention you can I guess punch so hard you make a kind of wave to do damage? If you wanted you could have that magic be like making air move with your hands, arms, legs, etc. And have a few buffs increasing the damage they do.

But I sense that you'd rather like to have something which makes you physically stronger, so mention that it could buff yourself, and also heal yourself and debuff others, if a buffing magic is what you want.

If High-Speed is buffing, this is also buffing. It's basically just the effects of his strength being magnified by magic powers. It's the opposite of that magic.
