Sleep M86RIQh

General

Name: Abraham Delacrux
Nicknames: Sleep
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Age: 19
Birthday: June 5
Special Characteristics: Hairstyle
Guild: Wanderer

Personality
Description:
Sleep is a theorist, a person engaged or learned in philosophy, especially as an academic discipline. His mind is always raking in information and processing what he sees. Because of this, the mage never goes without weighing out pros and cons. Though-- he can be defined as more of a risky person, than a cautiousness one. He is a composed character with little thought about the dangers that stead into his direction. Even though he obviously can foresee the risk, he blatantly moves in front of it and wears a confused expression so people won't be upset with him. Sleep's eyes are unusually full of wonder, even when he's angry. As a person who feels no empathy, emotions of his are mostly fake; but Sleep is obsessed with finding out how they work, in his past he might've been an aspiring college scholar. But little is known of that person-- much to his own dismay. Sleep manages to remember very little of who he once was. He knows that he messed up, and that someone out there needs him... But that's about all. For a young man, Sleep has a very calculative way of thinking, which benefits him considerably. Though, the boy also has a few flaws-- for instance. One flaw would be that he can never, ever sleep.  A permanent side effect of being a killer. It was placed on him after the events of what happened in his past, so he doesn't get to enjoy the peaceful slumber that most do. Hence, he took the irony and it became his own form of identification. Instead of whining about his constant inability to rest, he tends to theorize that maybe his entire existence could just be one huge lucid dream-- because, who dreams in a dream? No one right? Whatever the case may be, he took the name to symbolize something about himself... In combat, Sleep relies heavily on his agility and needle piercing combination moves to break and cripple his opposition.

Appearance

Height: 5'8
Weight: 154
Appearance:
Sleep, at a distance, could be mistaken for a female. He wears a long cloak that covers him from foot to neck, and his hair is pulled up into the pineapple style hairdo. His main clothing color borders dark grey and black, and under his cloak he wears baggy brown pants, white running shoes, and a short sleeved purplish top. His guild mark is on the base of his arm and is black, it's so black in fact, that it looks as if a master painted it on with thick goo-y ink. Sleep's eyes and hair are dark in color. Representing him as a mysterious archetype, it takes someone careful studying to notice the connection though. Under Sleep's cloak at his belt line, are various small dagger like weaponry. He has two daggers sheathed at his back (not sides), and they have a homemade appearance to them. The blades themselves being sharp but crooked and the handles having brown cloth wrapped around the base for better grip. Sleep has finely brushed white teeth, and an aroma that smells sweet almost like cinnamon about him.

Guild Tattoos: Black; right arm, pointing inward

History

History:
Sleep's childhood was shrouded in mystery by a group of very important people. They were the Delacrux, the strongest, but most conspicuous mage house in all the land. Well-- in /that/ land, not this one. Sleep grew up being handed beautiful girls and all the things he ever desired-- almost like a prince. But one day, he kind of just changed. Desiring something more in life, so he turned to philosophy, the arts, anything you'd find from the renaissance. When the boy wasn't studying philosophy, it was astronomy. And so on, and so forth. Sleep used whatever remaining time he had to spend with a girl he'd met in the area...

This however, meant he wasn't training. It meant that the family, which had poured so much money into trying to stay up to par with him as their fail-safe, was vulnerable to losing their rank as the finest House. To teach the heir a lesson, the boy's father, mother, and grandfather decided to send the girl packing. They paid for her parents to get a home in Fiore, on the condition she had to go with them. This wasn't so bad right? Well, they told Sleep she'd been murdered. Putting him in a pit of depression. This halted everything he had going, and he turned over to magic as his only pass time. Then, he hunted down the 'killers' and executed them.

Apparently these men, whom had been framed, were the gardeners who use to work for the Delacrux. But under false pretenses and thinking they were rapists and murderers, they'd been vanquished. Sleep was charged with first degree homicide. His punishment was death... Sleep's family weren't going to help him, but they figured dying with guilt would haunt them even more. They sent him a letter explaining everything. The boy didn't know how to take this, but he understood his life had been thrown away because of the social hierarchy. He plotted his escape, and succeeded.

The first thing he did when getting out was leaving the country. But before he made it to the boat, he made contact with a much older mage, a woman. She was so excellent with her magic that she immediately knew the entire case after touching his forehead. Because he had killed three people though, the witch figured he did deserve some kind of punishment. She ripped all the memories he had out, except for the murder, and the memory of getting a letter which described the girl had moved to Fiore.

After that, he made it to the country, and decided to wander around for a few months. As a traveler. He now puts most time into re-learning his magic, he believes if he finds the girl from the letter, his lost memories will return.

What is it about his hair  that makes it unique?
